Hope they've found a good contractor. Essex and Kent coastal communities will be holding their breath. If it explodes it could cause a 5m tsunami. Explosive-filled shipwreck off Sheerness to have masts removed - BBC News https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce84zk7m5rko

If the governments of the world hadn't turned a blind eye to the war crimes being committed in Gaza, Trump wouldn't be so emboldened against Iran now.

#ThreeGoodThings 1️⃣Had a very productive day and managed to get lots of urgent admin tasks sorted out or in progress 2️⃣Visited my mother and gave her lovely greyhound Rosie* lots of fuss 3️⃣Had a nice relaxing bath listening to classical music (Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Tiersen and Einaudi) *AKA Rosie the Rascal, as she's apparently been digging another large hole in my mother's lawn

RE: https://universeodon.com/@LJClements8/115973165638981217 I finished a book!!! Don't Let Him In by Lisa Jewell. Probably not the best choice to start with, as it jumped back and forth a lot and I found it a little hard going in places, but it was quite an enjoyable read.

Anyone looking for a Covid/virus-conscious flatmate/lodger? Ideally East Anglia/London. Unfortunately allergic to cats. Happy to provide more information on request. Please boost for visibility. Any hashtags I should use? #London #Essex #Suffolk #Norfolk #Hertfordshire #Cambridgeshire

@AncTreat5358@mindly.social 🫂 I don't feel the love from my parents was/is unconditional either. I do envy those who have that solid foundation and sense of safety.

@tiggy@mastodonapp.uk Doesn't sound like someone who should be a nurse. Clearly no empathy or understanding. Hope you can avoid having her again and your recovery progresses swiftly.

I think one of the worst things I find about living with pain is waking up to it in the morning. It's such a horrible start to the day and takes (often a large amount of) mental energy just to get up. #Pain #Fibromyalgia
