  Okay guys, hello! It's me again! I recently went to my mothers house to pick up some of my personal items I've been tryng to get from her for YEARS. Her house is fucking crazy and I unfortunately cannot get animal control or any sort of rescues involved with this without risking my safety and housing so I need to do this as civil as possible. My stepdad is telling me just to take the bird and has admitted that they aren't feeding him or giving him any sort of water while living in C...
