It’s been a week but I’ve been really happy with my new PC build. I went with large fans and airflow and I really just never hear it. Counting the GPU and PSU fans, it sits at 10 fans: 6x 140mm, 2x 120mm, and 2x 85mm on the GPU. I think the ONLY thing that I feel like I gotta change is the annoyingly blinding blue LED in the power button. Blue LEDs already annoy me but heck it’s bright. I think I’ll pull it out and put a soft white LED in it that barely glows. I fear it’s gonna be a lot more d...

I dunno WTF happened, but in the last few weeks it seems Gmail’s spam filtering just decided to stop working. What is normally a 50 email per week box for me has jumped to over 1000 emails a week. It’s nuts. #gmail #enshittification

The rest of the parts arrived today for my newish PC build. Except the motherboard. It's been in town since Friday, but the ol USPS decided to move it to a Monday delivery. They decided this after 5pm today. I am saddened I wasn't able to build my newish PC today. It's been decades since I built a PC. Last time I can remember building one was for BeOS.

I haven’t had time to mow in over a month. Each opportunity I’ve had also lined up with right after a thunderstorm. Grass is currently soaked from overnight storms. I bet it’s happy out there. Too hot to go outside right now and the moisture is making it too humid. Bleh.
