The profiteers of war are quick off the mark. When the Government puts its price cap on energy, except for once, it totally ignores people who don&#39;t heat by electricity or piped gas. We use oil. It went from 62p a litre to £1 in a couple of days. Someone is ripping us rural dwellers off.
