Am I very tired after yesterday's 13h round-trip to Belfast to go to a gig? Yes. Was it worth it? Also yes.

I think this is an extremely normal set of references to have in an abstract you're submitting to a trans healthcare conference.

I was at a gig last night where there was a 1.5 hour delay in starting due to a leak in the generator's fuel pipe. For some reason they rejected my offer of an estrogen patch to patch the leak. And were perplexed by the idea of keeping spare estrogen patches in my wallet.

My first guitar performance was tonight and, despite mistakes due to only starting guitar about 2 months ago, the audience loved my folk-ish cover of Millionaire Cannibal, with much laughing and singing along. The original band are thus far not baying for my blood, based on comments of "SO COOL".

Today I purchased an electric bass guitar. A month ago I bought an acoustic guitar. 4 months before that I bought a ukulele. At this rate my house will experience convergence of instrumentality in 10 days by hosting a full string section, with the rest of the orchestra soon following.

I spent the afternoon watching Castration Movie part 2. I enjoyed it more than part 1, however there's no way I ever want to try explaining it to someone who isn't a trans woman. It was certainly an experience, and one to watch with a group.
