  in case anyone's wondering, disgaea 5's PC port's data files are encrypted with a simple algorithm: `((~byte & 0xF0) >> 4) || (byte & 0xF) << 4)` the upper nybble is negated, then the nybbles are swapped. pretty simple stuff. decrypting it is just doing those operations in reverse. the save files use that algorithm for the first 448 bytes, but the rest of the file uses a simple `XOR 0xE76FCBE3F6D46A37`. that's symmetri...
