    The US state of Kansas has passed a law immediately invalidating the driver&amp;#39;s licenses of trans Kansans. The state sent letters to people it has identified as trans requiring them to immediately obtain new drivers&amp;#39; licenses w/ their gender as assigned at birth &amp;amp; to pay for the reissuance.
