I am a post-doc researcher at CISPA, Germany, researching distributed algorithms with Sebastian Brandt. I wrote my PhD at Aalto University, Finland, on the same topic, superviced by <a href="https://mastodon.social/@JukkaSuomela" class="u-url mention">@JukkaSuomela</a>'s.During my PhD, I was an active part in the development of the highly-popular Programming Parallel Computers course (<a href="https://ppc-exercises.cs.aalto.fi/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no">https://ppc-exercises.cs.aalto.fi/</a>) at Aalto. Mua on aina ihmetyttänyt, kuinka kokoomus onnistuu myymään itsensä ”talouspuolueena”, ja kuinka juuri he muka ovat oikea taho talouden tasapainottamiseen. No, tästä suivaantuneena päätin sitten hieman tutkia asiaa ja piirsin oheisen kuvaajan, johon on mustalla merkitty Suomen julkisyhteisöjen velan suhde bruttokansantuotteeseen sekä valkoisella Suomen BKT ja kokonaisvelan määrä tällä vuosituhannella. #politiikka #fipol #talous

Hmm... Maybe making the tail function copy the whole string into a new buffer in a functional programming language was not that good of an idea: even counting the length of a string is now a quadratic operation, let alone parsing any string. I guess I&#39;ll fix that in the original level-0 implementation so that my level-1 parser can actually become usable.

Okay, this caught me by surprise: If you have Greek letters in the path of your project,, #Rust refuses to compile that project. Linking seems to fail because it searches for path containing 316273 instead of λ.

Hey those who understand #radicle: how does one force push? I made a mistake in the commit message and pushed it to radicle. I then noticed my mistake, amended the commit and force pushed. This gave me a warning but succeeded otherwise. However, whenever I pull from the upstream, git ignores my force push and returns the local main branch back to the one with the typo. This is a private repo with my two machines as the delegates, a server allowed to sync it, and threshold 1. Thanks in advance!
