  Er, what? Are you one of those trolls I hear about? The ratio varies widely depending on the specific position, but they’re not wrong. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner at a psychiatric hospital My previous role at this facility was in the ball park of 2-3 hours of chart time per 1 hour of patient face time.
