It’s been quite a week. Running an interview process to find a new support worker has taught me more than I bargained for. Ableism is still very much alive and well. Some applicants appear unable to read a job ad, submitting completely irrelevant information. And the number of people who have no idea how to interact with a service dog in 2026 staggers me. Call-out for some technical guidance. My blog is harmony-seeker.com and I would love readers to be able to subscribe and receive an email whenever I publish a new post.
