Welcome to Alice Springs! I went to ANZAC Hill in the centre of town, where you get an amazing 360° view of this beautiful town surrounded by hills/ranges on all sides. I planned to make you a video but it was so windy and three busloads of people turned up, so I gave up! Here are two pictures instead. One shows the ranges, the other shows the gap in the Ranges that the road into town (and the train) goes through. #WhereTheBloodyHellAmI #DaveAndMe

This morning I walked around the base of Uluru, which is just over 10km. It took 3 hours because I didn't want to rush, there were some small deviations to see waterholes and there were a few interpretive signs to read along the way. There were several sections which are culturally sensitive and photos were not allowed, so I can't show you some of the most picturesque places. But here are some of my favourite shots. More info in AltText. #WhereTheBloodyHellAmI #DaveAndMe

It's colder here (my car beeped at me when the temp dropped below 4°C) and very crowded. I thought I missed the best pre-sunrise pic, but then this happened. #WhereTheBloodyHellAmI #DaveAndMe

This article demands to be read by the world, right through to the end. Laura Tingle unafraid to state facts: "This is not just a story about the killing of journalists, bad as that may be. But it is about the apparent impunity with which Israel now acts, the exceptionalism which it asserts, and the fact that — like the US president who has empowered the Israeli government — there appears to be no normal guardrails on its actions. That applies not just to how it treats journalists...

I don't feel like doing mundane things now, likes shopping, cleaning and washing clothes. I want to change the world. I feel revolutionary. Where does one start?

Could we run a viral "What would Jesus do" quiz? Make it current political climate scenario based. One scenario per day/week, with multiple choice answers. One answer being comparable to what Jesus actually did/taught, the others being a current policies/actions/ religious teaching that highlight hypocrisy. It would need to be well-researched and watertight, but also engaging. Thought-provoking without being too angry. I am not religious, but I would raised in an extreme...
