Two main frameworks that shape research assessment in the NLs are moving to open research information in line with the Barcelona on Open Research Information: both the new Strategy Evaluation Protocol (SEP) and NWO&#39;s evidence based CV ask researchers and institutions to open indicators instead of closed data from proprietary databases.
