  @opendna I went to law school and one of the things they teach you is how hard it is to get student loans discharged and forgiven. That these servicer companies basically bought politicians a long time ago to screw the rest of us over 😔

  If you ask me, a better use of our time would be to drop Matt Gaetz in the middle of a desert without any id or water. Bonus points if it's in another country where English isn't the primary language because we all know he's too dumb to know another language.

  @DXMacGuffin The problem is that the house is now in standstill until they replace him. Which we saw how long it took the first time. They are all so freaking annoying and I hope people remember this next time so we can flip the house back

  The fall of Twitter honestly highlighted something I've noticed a long time ago. I'm not happy on social media. I had quit once before, literally one week before the world shut down for a global pandemic. I had to come back because of isolation. And now I want to quit again but the isolation is still there this time because NO ONE WANTS TO WEAR MASKS.   While I personally love that I cut down my social media time significantly, I do realize I am less aware what's happening in the world. And I'm starting to understand the idea of ignorance is bliss. Because I find myself a lot less sad and helpless about the state of world. I understand that world is still a mess but not being constantly bombarded with that knowledge has improved my depression significantly

  Any time there's even a hint of crime news from Japan, my mom sends me the article like it's gonna stop me from trying to move back. Like mom, my neighbor in the US tried to kidnap and assassinate our governor. Someone robbing a 7-11 in Kobe is not enough of a deterrent.
