Ok, one of my Friend groups: We met 2019. Only one of us openly identified as queer. During 2020 and 2021 that changed, the last person came out middle of last year (all bi/pan/ ace). Now all are openly queer. However, since then, 3 now longer openly consider themselves cis (2 with new names by now) and there may be more to come

Hello fellow tech.lgbt users, when someone you know changes their pronouns and/ or name, how do you change their contact Info on your Phone? My approach is to write the new name, but put the birth name in the section “company”. Pronouns go (if not “normal” for the new name) into the note section.

I had a Problem with my C# code while using a Timer to update UI. The solution was to remember that I am an electrical engineer and no one would bat an eye if my code is suboptimal/ ugly. So I just made an async function with an „await Task.Delay(50)“ that calls itself afterwards. Fuck that fancy Timer-shit :blobcat_mlem:

As an electrical engineer who only is familiar with C/ C# , seeing my SO programming a Website with JavaScript and React seems like the proof that god is dead and we killed him and are now butchering his corpse
