  Truth be told, I didn’t even mention food quality, I’m just trying to point out that the research he’s referencing would definitely be impacted by variables such as local ventilation differences, burner efficiency, gas flow rates, cooking frequency etc.

  A simulation is only as accurate as the person’s ability to rationalize. It should only be used by people who can already out think it, because you need to be able to challenge and correct it.

  Never beat yourself up for not realizing something sooner. The conditions that were required for understanding happened at the exact time they were supposed to.
