  @patcharcana @robdaemon my “favourite” recently was when I needed to create a confluence page and after clicking the “new” button I had to hunt half way down a list of about eight items to find the “page” entry. It’s a wiki. It’s a glorified version of a git repo full of markdown. For the love of the gods I don’t _want_ “super collaborative whiteboard database AI dynamic form templates” or whatever the hell your drug fuelled product department came up with this week.

  I think one of the reasons LLMs set off my autism is that they _undermine_ humanity’s big super power: cooperation. The “rugged individualist” types and “great men” hate this, but right from the start cooperation is what’s allowed us to build a society of staggering complexity.   Been looking at netbooks and it seems that anything that isn’t a slightly dodgy Chinese white label product is now a Chromebook or otherwise Android based.
