  If you are eligible for Original Medicare and do not enroll in Medicare Part B, you will probably have to pay the Medicare Part B penalty. The Part B penalty results in a higher premium every month you have Part B benefits, and unfortunately, it never goes away.   Yesterday ChatGPT billed again & I realized I still hadn't unsubscribed because ChatGPT made it impossible to do so & I had given up every month, mainly due to a need to get on with other activities.   @thomasfuchs @mark Seems like the more real-world testing and results sharing that's done the better the results will be. Local really seems to be the way to go but who knows how long it'll be before we get reliable local tools. The overhead is exorbitant at the moment, seemingly in ever possible way.

  @thomasfuchs Gosh, that does seem helpful but it seems like it should be able to monitor itself and send the messages without being online. Maybe the software update contains more useful functions though.
