@AlSweigart Depends what you want to emphasize. Give that the higher contrast of black on white. (I prefer the first to emphasize the goal.)

A11y folk: How do you help your clients remember the basic rules of accessibility for content creators? I have provided a written guide and in-person online training. Retention is still poor.
