Ok, I&#39;m continuing my journey with Atomic Habits: I&#39;m already fairly disciplined - I train 4 to 6 times a week, eat well, read, and make art for work daily. But I want to reclaim the joy of making art for myself, creating without worrying about &#39;professional&#39; results, and making work that&#39;s meaningful to me personally.
