<p>Ever since I saw the grandeur of this 1865 sewage pumping station Crossness, in London England, I&#39;ve been fascinated with going back to the olden days with well made items that last, are appreciated, and have value. </p><p>In the 21st C that&#39;s a rareity, so lets savour those tangible things that give people joy, don&#39;t fit a business model, and perhaps provide a nod to sustainability.</p>
