    @Cerulean Out of long-lasting curiosity: Who the ███ing ████ was Lance? Yes, I&amp;#39;m thinking of http://www.absurdnotions.org/page126.html I know it&amp;#39;s been nineteen years. I imagine the frustration was meant to be the reader&amp;#39;s as well and there was never intended to be an answer. That&amp;#39;s fine to me if so.
