I just learned that the Gelmer Funicular/Gelmerbahn is a thing and I am both enchanted and horrified. It's like the slowest and so the most unsettling ride. I have gone through the pantry cupboards and removed any out of date items. Getting older is a true rollercoaster ride.

Anyway, Dottie&#39;s been walked, I&#39;ve done the grocery shopping, had my breakfast and will be off for a haircut in a bit. Going to run a few errands afterwards and then head to the husband&#39;s workplace to sort out the tropical aquarium. After that? We&#39;ll see what the weather brings and will either go drone flying or for a walk.

We rarely let Dottie off the lead as she’s not got much recall response. Today the beach at Easington was totally empty so she had some free time. She really is a beautiful creature. #BGS_HullAdventure

There’s a stretch of road on the way out of our town where there are loads of daffodils. I walked along there today and took this picture because they’re so cheerful.
