At the age of 50 I'm just now getting on medicine for ADD. I've suspected I had this for years now. Both my boys are ADHD and, in learning more about it, my wife and I both have said "You know who else this sounds like, right?" But if you were an A student in the 90s, no school issues, no real discipline problems, no one looked at you as possibly needing help. That may sound bitter, but I promise I'm not upset. I get it. I didn't think I had anything going on, either...

Any suggestions for a #privacy respecting #health #app? Specifically I'd like something where I can easily log things like blood pressure and blood sugar readings so I can keep up with trends and such. I can always put it into a private note, but was hoping for something that would make it easier

I updated my #python library that downloads #audiobooks from Libro.fm Besides updating things so it works with the API once more, I modified it to skip books that have already been downloaded. Yes, this is an obvious change. I also added a `--force` option to redownload everything if you want to. https://codeberg.org/bfordham/librofm
