  Mirror Lake Boulder This boulder sits in Mirror Lake underneath the towering walls of Half Dome in Yosemite Valley. The lake is slowly becoming a meadow as the sediment from the surrounding mountains flows down and fills the lake.   Rocky Mountain National Park I had one chance to get up in the mountains on a visit to Colorado some time back. Despite the nice sunny look, at 14,000 ft it was rather cold at the summit. I wish I could have gone the previous day when a storm was skirting the area but I obligations.   Wild Mustard Wild Mustard grows all over Northern California. Typically it's living all year round but the blooms only open when there is plenty of rain. Out here that usually means springtime. The vineyards let the mustard grow between the grape vines adding a little spice to the soil.   Fall Color Napa Style Fall color comes to Napa late in the year. At least compared to my friends in the North.   Tropical Waterfall This waterfall as far as I know, has no name. I say that because this waterfall is man made on the side of a road at the Waikoloa Village golf club in Waikoloa Village.   Between the Rows People it seems are drawn to order. Check the right box, everything in its place, so on and so forth. Turns out that maybe nature needs order. The grape vines are manicured, primped, and trimmed to produce the best, highest quality grape with acceptable yields.   Red Barn I was on a mission when I captured this image of a Red Barn in Levering Michigan. The mission was to capture pictures of old barns and I had found exactly what I was looking for.
