Anybody here who knows anything about book marketing? I mean real marketing, not writing a blurb and setting up a blog. I know how to do that. Where do you send your blurb? Where do you announce your book? Where do you send review copies? Are there any book sales reps who work for independent authors? What else am I missing? Anyone? #fedihelp #marketing #books

I have translated (with some liberties) my 1987 short novel Star Tramp. It features a simple-minded, action-packed plot and a pretty unlikable main character. Most people who read it did not enjoy it (but some did). I may or may not (re)publish it this year.

I have recently been told that a previous employer had found me to be complicated, difficult, and hard to work with. What a pleasant surprise! Being considered a good fit for the corporate world would really have saddened my heart.
