  In under three weeks, Ukraine has struck over a dozen Wildberries warehouses, damaging one of Russia's biggest non-oil companies. That's pushing the government toward a bailout it can't easily afford. Wildberries carries roughly $17.6 billion in debt, and a Russian oligarch has warned its collapse could cascade through the banking system.
