  Short story: Nightfall in Redford Canyon. The Sun was setting. It was almost time. He stood up, picking up the Henry rifle. His cup of cold coffee he left by the rocker. He had had enough already.   Replacing the springs on my garage today. Sprocket on the motor broke a couple weeks ago, which is when I found out that the existing springs were not able to hold the door when half open. I could see the old ones were a few inches shorter than the previous two installations so I measured and weighed the door rather than get an exact copy. I'll see what those are rated for later.

  Question for people with mainstream social media: Is it common for Ex's/people you mutually hate to stalk you YEARS later? I was an early adopter, but gave up on all of that 2010 or so. And most people in aforementioned categories know this about me. Now that I'm married people I've not thought about in years (or decades) are showing up on my wife's facebag/getting her number and leaving messages and the like.

  Last month I was 14/22 at the pistol match. Yesterday I was 10/23. Only two charlies, lowest misses out of everyone. Need to move faster and get on target faster going forward.

  Typing up an email where I had two questions for the insurance agent. Forgot what the second one was before I finished typing the first. Now I'm racking my brain for that second one so I don't have to come up with a different opening sentence. ("I have a couple questions")
