Notorious lickspittle Lindsey Graham doesn&#39;t seem to understand that we don&#39;t license expression in this country, and the reason for that is made plain by his suggestion: it would be used to punish expression that upsets the government.

Some of you may remember that a little while back, some sleazy dirtbag FL lawyer by the name of John Ruiz was threatening SLAPP suits over on Twitter. And then claimed I was violating professional rules by swearing at him and that my tweets were not protected by the First Amendment. HE FILED a 100+ PAGE BAR COMPLAINT BECAUSE I WAS MEAN TO HIM ON TWITTER DOT COM. Needless to say, ARDC was not impressed, and dismissed it out of hand. Friends, I am deceased.
