I just spent nearly two hours trying to place an order for delivery from IKEA. Bank says it approved the charge, IKEA says it was declined, lather rinse repeat with 3 cards and 2 browsers. Finally got it to work via the app and ApplePay. Why do they make it so hard to give them money? I know they came relatively late to ecommerce but shouldn’t that mean they can hire people who already know how to make this work? GAH.
