Holy mother of god what's with companies not testing their websites before release. Had to create a new account with local electric company. So I follow the "Create a new account" prompt. No you need an account number to use that?! WTF Get thru their unhelpful AI bot to a real person. Thankfully he was a star because their form didn't work properly either. End of the day win but what a shit show of a site. Just let me enter the info without broken unhelpful prompts.
