  I feel like there is a mismatch in the world of dance, especially for hip-hop but I think it applies to other styles as well. On one side, it's a race for speed. Faster, faster, faster.You have teachers teaching faster and faster choreos, you have big comps that push the fast fast, you have those intensive where it's all *faster*. You're never faster enough and when you can't as fast ... you're left behind. And in turn everything looks... the same. It's so hard to distin...
