  As a developer on a team of 20ish that use AI heavily, daily, I’d argue there are proper ways of using it as a tool that substantially increases productivity and quality while also reducing bugs and improving maintainability. But I would also say that 75%+ of people I encounter aren’t leveraging it properly or even close to properly.
