  The phone alarm clock has just woken me from dreaming about traveling on the Orient Express Train. A Diet Coke can was £6 and my Mother and I met Russ Abott.

  So yesterday one of my loved ones was threatened to have their neck broken. I have a history of attacking anyone posing a threat to my loved ones or myself and saw off a knife mugger years ago by launching a vicious attack. Anyway I just connected to Spirit using my dowsing rods had to still myself, it wasn’t easy. The rods told me the verbal threat isn’t viable and a few things about the person, who will not be in the locality again. #PTSS

  Not every cat can take to this, if you know cats and how they are in temperament it would be cruel for some cats to regularly be taken out in this for leisure. Our cat is an indoor one, she is harness trained and had her first outing today in the new carrier, a short walk around the roads and she was completely calm not a peep took everything in and loved the walk #Caturday

  Cooked two dinners tonight bacon and cheese sauce penne pasta with red peppers followed by home made almond semolina with stewed apple. For my lad I made chicken Korma because winter storm has returned and every kind of blossom has been blown to the puddles.

  After a long thunder hail of a freezing day here, I like to zone out with some scrying, all prepared correctly, I always get a little startled when the images appear. It is quite demanding and helps me sleep better afterwards. Notebook and pen to the ready

  Though batch cooking for my Mother earlier didn’t have dinner myself and just felt peckish now made a fast food wrap with chickpeas, minced garlic, lemon juice salt and teaspoon of mayonnaise it was delicious! Thought I’d share
