  Best Aviation recipe in the world: 2 oz Gin (Plymouth) 1/3 oz Maraschino liqueur (Luxardo) 1/2 oz Creme de violette (Rothman Winter) 3/4 ounce lime juice 1/4 oz simple syrup Garnish: Luxardo cherry Shaken with ice, served in chilled coupe. I prefer the taste of the lime juice over lemon even though you don't get the clear blue color.
