@madison@nicecrew.digital Ouch. Well the sooner you can start that therapy the better, once you can learn the limits of this condition you can start to find ways to live with it, and hopefully without rolled ankles and multiple surgeries. Have they given you anything to help with pain/sleep?

I have a prescription for muscle relaxers long term and I do have oxy from my surgeries. I tried not to take it this week but I do need it sometimes. My entire hand is bruised, which is to be expected since they were tinkering around in there
