Today I helped a student migrate an older HP laptop to #LinuxMint as no more Windows updates were possible. The student's first reaction was: "Nice interface!" He has never worked with Linux before but figured it out in no time and was eagerly browsing for additional software. I highly recommend Mint (especially #Cinnamon) for first-time users coming from Microsoft. The web is full of great tutorials!
