@benh@mastodon.scot An ad on YT is for me rather a point that speaks against a product than for it. In the three months I have bought exactly one product from an ad (pants). And I checked three times, if this is a serious company first because while the product intrigued me, the fact is was advertises on YT made me doubt it. I even bought the product through a different web browser on a different machine.
