i think i explained it pretty clearly, but ok. i guess in even simpler terms the issue is that they are a reactionary right wing ideology disguised as leftism. you can see from the recent betrayal by mamdani that democratic socialism can’t achieve anything at all. it’s essentially a zionist movement created with the purpose of coopting anti zionist movement into doing nothing at all.

Is your gripe with “Democratic Socialism” as a concept? Because these authors were interviewed by the DSA? If so, that seems silly. I don’t even know what political theory each of them identifies with. Have you considered assessing the ideas presented by Naomi Klein and Astra Taylor on their merits?
