By contrast, a single NVIDIA H100 provides about 34 trillion FP64 operations/s, or much more at reduced precision. In September 2026, H100 rental prices are around $3.39/GPU-hour median, with the cheapest on-demand offerings around $1.30/hour. Comparing both I come up with a cost factor of 5 trillion (and by giving the Mark I 15 years of ops, I am very generous).
