@mttaggart@infosec.exchange In virtually every scandal in history, whether it be commercial, political or both, the most important questions are "What did they know?" and "When did they know it?" The answers are almost always, "Everything" and "From the beginning".

Not a lawyer, but this does seem to basically wreck the Fair Use argument, and fairly demonstrate not only infringement, but knowledge of infringement.
