As minister of defunding the arts I hope Paul Goldsmith was paying attention to Linda Topp at the NZMA last night.

@jeremy_pm@mastodon.nz Paul Goldsmith, who is not the Minister of Finance because of famously being unable to get his sums right, seems mildly wounded by Dame Lynda Topp's criticism, with some offensive and weak sauce riposte and a claim that there was some arts funding in yesterday's Bleak Budget. @RupertBBare@mastodon.nz https://www.rnz.co.nz/life/music/dame-lynda-topp-blasts-governement-in-emotional-speech
