On comparatively better state level AV bill news: The Governor of Wisconsin vetoed an Age Verification bill that passed both of the state's chambers. This bill would have required hard identifiers (ex: Government ID) for Age Verification. The governor seems to be in favor of a device based age verification solution similar to what California, Colorado, and Illinois are doing.
