Kanthaus has a significant history with foodsharing.de Last October, after harvest, a local farmer gave us access to the potatoes that his clients wouldn't buy. We took them to the market square of the city for anyone passing by to take as much as they want. Not only food was saved, but it was an opportunity for community engagement.⛲ Yes, the potatoes are small and need to be washed, but they are still delicious!
