I would prefer an empathetic, truthful (the whole truthful!) approach to the vacccine thing. As in: “Here’s what I believe is true, and here are the receipts.” Propaganda works both ways, but the medical establishment has to tell whole truths and realize their obligation to uphold social trust. I can remember when m-RNA efforts were touted as thhe magic bullet to potentially cure cancer. But tendencies to mutate put that on the backburner until Covid showed up.
