(To be fair, I believe this is partly Apple’s fault, though the old extension kept working fine while I was still using it.) * The app was ported to Electron and became a bloated mess that didn’t play nicely with the system like the old native app did * They took away the ability to choose your own storage for syncing between devices, such as iCloud, and forced people into their own cloud storage.
