Sometimes I despair of aging. Other times I think, I'm looking pretty good for 58. Helps when the camera is at a distance. Malnutrition from "Exercise-Induced Gastrointestinal Syndrome" also plays well to the camera, but like Crohn's disease is quite painful and life-impairing so I do not recommend.
