@corbden@defcon.social And that's my point. They're just authoritarian followers of an authoritarian leader. The book, *The Authoritarians* is a good read on the subject. Our country often swings to and from authoritarian tenancies. A lot of the anti-woke stuff is a call for authoritarian indoctrination. Education and growing up in a diverse community is the best counter for authoritarianism; that's why they want segregated, religious education systems.

@corbden@defcon.social To try to clearify my point. They don't have any beliefs to play into. They're just playing follow the authoritarian leader. These people are completely compartmentalized. They don't understand hypocrisy. They just want to be led against the people they're afraid of.
