Some images simply overly fake furniture over real locations, and I imagine this is simply an AI extension of what they did with Photoshop. Both should be considered fraud, imo, but photos with furniture likely to sell/rent better than real empty photos. I miss when we just had staged photos, though I feel like that died during COVID when open houses stopped being a sort of mandatory part of the process.
