@stux@mstdn.social @jschauma@mstdn.social guess there's one more reason to keep my MacMini M4 I use as my main DAW for my biz on MacOS 15 for as long as security updates remain. Apple making one need a script to get rid of 12GB of downloaded AI tools in MacOS 27, makes me think MacOS 26 might be the last OS of theirs I end up using. Ironically I purchased an M4 a year ago to get away from Windows 11 forcing "AI" in the OS, and now Apple is starting to follow MS. Just got in a box by MSEcore I put Debian 13 on to see if I can get a Linux DAW working with all the tools I need for my biz, but it's not quite there yet.
