The late 60's was the era of psychedelia, some of my favorite albums are from this era. I'll talk about them in due time, for they flood the upper range of this list, but ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ด does nothing for me. I suppose the playing is fine (the second CD of the 2-disk set is all live performances, showcasing Eric Clapton's amazing early-career guitar playing), but the songwriting is lackluster. (cont)

The best tracks are covers of songs by #blues legends (Robert Johnson, Willie Dixon, Booker T. Jones, and others) the songs by the members of Cream themselves don't have much to say. Even "White Room" feels uninteresting to me, other than as a historical artifact. (cont)
